No. 222 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the existing boundary between the municipalities comprising the Department of Ahuachapán, not it is set to present development of technology in land registration matters and measurement; nor to the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.- with the registration technology and photogrammetric models currently available by the National Registration Center; It is possible to perform a precise delimitation and demarcation of these boundaries.
III that has developed a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Registration Center and the Geographic Institute and National Cadastre, reaching in this way to the drafting and signing of the municipal boundary APANECA - JUAYUA with reference No. 0102 - 0307, which is taken as the basis for the content of this decree and is attached as an integral part thereof.
IV.- That pursuant to Art. 131 ordinal 5 of the Constitution is the responsibility of the State Body enact, authentically interpret, amend and repeal secondary laws.
THEREFORE,
in exercise of its constitutional powers and initiative of Deputies Carlos Cortez Hernandez, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Nery Arely Diaz de Rivera, Antonio Vasquez Guadalupe Martinez, Ana Daysi Membreño Villalobos, Carlos Armando Reyes Ramos and Manuel Vicente Menjivar. DECREES

Art. 1. It is established as the boundary between the municipalities of Apaneca and Juayúa of the Departments of Ahuachapán and Sonsonate, the following:
The stroke of the municipal boundary is formed by three routes. The first path formed of a stretch, given two points numbered 1 to 2, by a straight line on the water surface of the Laguna Verde; the second path also consists of a single tranche, determined with two numbered points 2 to 3, by boundaries of plots; the third and final path formed of a stretch, given two numbered points of 3 to 4, by hydrographic natural element.
Trifinio start point. It is located within the area that forms the water surface of Lake Apaneca, where the point number one is located at the same trifinio time for the municipalities of Juayúa, from the department of Sonsonate and Apaneca and Ahuachapan, both belonging Ahuachapán department. Route one single tranche, point to point number one number two. Route two single Tranche, point to point number two number three. Heading east, in broken line, by boundaries of plots to intercept the axis of the street Canton and Palo Verde village and hamlet Canton leads to San Juan de Dios, where the point number three is located; with a distance of approximately 1262 point sixty-nine meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred fifteen thousand nine hundred thirty-eight point seventy-one meters; the same latitude, three hundred and six thousand three hundred twenty-one point thirty eight meters. Its surrounding are, for the municipality of Apaneca seven zero R one plot five hundred and eighteen, thirteen, twenty-one (west side), twenty two, all three zero zero field; for the municipality of Juayúa, plot four twenty-one, both the sector zero seven zero zero three R one. Single tranche, point to point number three number four. Heading east, in sinuous line, downstream along the central axis of the ravine The Cashal, to intercept the extension of the boundary that divides the plots two thirteen, two zero one zero three ten R industry, where is located the point number four, with a distance of approximately two thousand two hundred sixty-three point thirty-three meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred sixteen thousand nine hundred ninety-seven point ninety-five meters; the same latitude, three hundred and four thousand six hundred and one point fifty-one meters. Its surrounding are, for the municipality of Apaneca, plots eighty-five (farm San Antonio, part west), zero three zero seven R zero one plot thirty (Finca Santa Rita), eighteen (finca Las Maravillas) and twenty sector all sector zero one two zero zero two R; for the municipality of Juayúa, plot four hundred forty-six, eighty five, (farm San Antonio, part East) sector is three zero zero seven zero R one plot two zero zero one three tens R sector.
Trifinio arrival point. The arrival point will be described as point number four, which at the same time is trifinio point for the municipalities of Apaneca, Ahuachapán department and Juayúa and Salcoatitán, both of the department of Sonsonate. Its surrounding are, for the municipality of Apaneca, twenty plot, the sector zero one two zero zero two R; for the municipality of Juayúa, plot two zero one zero three ten R sector and for the municipality of Salcoatitán plot

Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
