1 DECREE No. 242

THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the October 31, 2012, the Legislative Plenary met the request of the Director of the Diplomatic Ceremonial in the sense permission is granted to Dr. Enrique Oriani, so you can accept the award in the degree of "Ufficiale" of the Star of Italian Solidarity, conferred on it by the Government of Italy.
II.- That pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 23º of Art. 131 of the Constitution, it is appropriate to grant the requested permit.
THEREFORE,
in use of his constitutional power under Article 131, 23º and Ordinal initiative of deputies. Guillermo Gallegos Antonio Navarrete, Francisco Roberto Lorenzana Durán, Lorena Peña Mendoza and Karina Guadalupe Sosa. DECREES
:
Art. 1. Give yourself permission to Salvadoran citizen Enrique Oriani, so you can accept the award on the degree of "Ufficiale" of the Star of Italian Solidarity, conferred on it by the Government of Italy.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
