1 Decree No. 294 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the 10 may 2012 was signed the headquarters agreement between the Government of El Salvador and the community of Sant´Egidio.
II.-that the instrument that is refers the whereas previous has been approved by agreement Executive No. 1907 / 2012, of the 4 of December of 2012, and subject to consideration of this Assembly Legislative for its inclusion in the ordering legal Salvadoran, existing and positive.
III.-that said instrument not contains any provision contrary to the Constitution, being from its ratification.
Therefore, in use from the power established in article 131, ordinal 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, ordinal 4th of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through the Deputy Minister of cooperation for development, in charge of the office.
Decree: Article 1.-ratified in all its parts the headquarters agreement between the Government of El Salvador and the community of Sant´Egidio, which consists of a preamble and nine items, subscribed on May 10, 2012; and approved by the executive body by agreement No. 1907 / 2012 December 4, 2012.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
