1 Decree No. 297 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the existing delineation between the municipalities that comprise the Department of Ahuachapán, does not conform to the present development of registry technology and territorial measurement; as to the existing circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.-that the registry technology and models currently available photogrammetric by national records center; It is possible to carry out a delimitation and precise demarcation of those limits.
III.-that has developed a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Center of records and the geographical Institute and the national land registry, causing in this way the preparation and signing of the Act of municipal limit SAN FRANCISCO MENÉNDEZ - TACUBA with reference no. 0108 - 0111, which is taken as the basis for the content of the present Decree and attached as an integral part of it.
IV.-in accordance to article 131 ordinal 5th of the Constitution is competition of this organ of the State Decree, authentically interpreted, reform and repeal laws secondary.
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers and initiative of the deputies Carlos Cortez Hernandez, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Nery Arely Díaz de Rivera, Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez, Carlos Armando Reyes Ramos and Manuel Vicente Menjívar and the exdiputada Ana Daysi Villalobos Membreño.
DECREES: Article 1.-is set as the boundary between the municipalities of San Francisco Menendez and Tacuba both from the Department of Ahuachapán, the following: the outline of the municipal boundary is formed by eleven routes. The first journey, consisting of three sections, certain with four numbered one to four points, natural hydrographic element; the second journey, formed of a single stretch, with two points, numbered from four to five, by boundary of parcels; the third journey, consisting of two sections, with three points, numbered from five to seven, by hydrographic natural element; the fourth way, formed of a single section, with two numbered points from seven to eight, boundaries of parcels; the fifth way, formed of a single section, determined by two points, numbered eight to nine, by hydrographic natural element; the sixth course, consisting of two sections, as determined by three points, numbered from nine to eleven, by boundaries of parcels; the seventh journey, consisting of two portions, determined by three numbered points from eleven to thirteen, by hydrographic natural element; the eighth 2 way, formed by a single stretch, determined by two points, numbered from thirteen to fourteen, by boundaries of parcels; the ninth way, consisting of two sections, with three points, numbered from fourteen to sixteen, by hydrographic natural element; the tenth trip, consisting of three sections, determined by four points, numbered sixteen to nineteen, by boundaries of parcels; the tenth first journey, consisting of two sections, with three points, numbered from the nineteenth to the twenty-first, by hydrographic natural element.
The Trifinio of start point.
