III.-that the stigma and discrimination still persists in some occupational areas, through actions to meet the suffering of this type of infections in people who want to enter public administration, and in some cases is the main reason for rejection; Therefore, it is necessary to reform the respective law to prevent discrimination against persons infected with HIV.
