1 Decree No. 293 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the 29 October 2012 was signed the agreement between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on cooperation financial 2011, which aims to increase the supply of energy, in order to exploit in an integrated manner rational and equitable, the solar resource available in the country.
II.-that the instrument referred to in the previous recital has been approved by agreement Executive No. 1918 / 2012, December 5, 2012, and submitted to this Legislative Assembly for inclusion in El Salvador, current and positive law.
III.-that the instrument does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution, being from its ratification.
Therefore, in use of the power established in article 131, ordinal 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, ordinal 4th of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, integration and economic development, in charge of the office.
DECREES: Article 1.-ratified in all its parts the Convention between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on financial cooperation 2011, instrument consisting of a preamble and six articles, signed on 29 October 2012 and approved by Executive No. 1918 agreement / 2012 December 5, 2012.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
