DECREE No. 319 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the existing boundary between the municipalities comprising the Department of Sonsonate, not conformity with this development of technology in land registration matters and measurement; nor to the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.- with the registration technology and photogrammetric models currently available by the National Registration Center; It is possible to perform a precise delimitation and demarcation of these boundaries.
III that has developed a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Registration Center and the Geographic Institute and National Cadastre, reaching in this way to the drafting and signing of the municipal boundary IZALCO - Sonzacate with reference No. 0306 - 0316, which is taken as the basis for the content of this decree and is attached as an integral part thereof.
IV.- That pursuant to Art. 131 ordinal 5 of the Constitution is the responsibility of the State Body First enact, authentically interpret, amend and repeal secondary laws.

in exercise of its constitutional powers and initiative of Deputies Carlos Cortez Hernández, Nery Arely Diaz de Rivera, Rafael Tobar Morán, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Antonio Vasquez Guadalupe Martinez and former deputy Erik Bonilla Look. DECREES
:
Art. 1. It is established as the boundary between the municipalities of Izalco and Sonsonate Department Sonzacate, the following:
The stroke of the municipal boundary is formed by two paths. The first path consists of two sections, determined with three points numbered 1 to 3, by terrestrial communication; the second path consists of five sections, we determined six numbered points 3 to 8, by hydrographic natural element.
Trifinio start point. It is defined at the intersection of the central axis of the neighborhood street leading to the canton Talcomunca, (which at first is a narrow alley which was later expanded) with the central axis of the road from the city of Sonsonate city Santa Ana, also known as Via Los Naranjos, where is located the point number one, at the same time for municipalities trifinio Izalco, Sonzacate and Nahuizalco, all belonging to the department of Sonsonate.

Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred twenty-three thousand eight hundred sixty-nine point forty-two meters; the same latitude, two hundred ninety-five thousand eight hundred eighty-one point thirty-three meters. Its surrounding are, for the town of Izalco, plot in 1300 three industry-zero-three-zero-three-zero-eight R; for the municipality of Sonzacate, plot four hundred and fifteen, sixteen sector zero zero three R One and the municipality of Nahuizalco, plot 1291, the sector zero three zero eight R-zero-three.

Route one stretch one point to point number one number two. Heading east, in semi-curved line along the central axis of the neighborhood street from Highway (CA-12), also known as Via Los Naranjos leads to the canton Talcomunca (which initially is an alley), to intersect the axis Central Quebrada Seca, where the point number two is located, with a distance of approximately three hundred and three point thirty four meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred twenty-four thousand and three point ninety-one meters; the same latitude, two hundred ninety-five thousand eight hundred sixty-one point forty two meters. Its surrounding are, for the town of Izalco, plots thousand three hundred and three, 1312, 1315, 1331, two thousand one hundred fifty-two, two thousand one hundred fifty-one, 1359 thousand three hundred sixty-three, all the sector zero three zero eight R-zero-three; for the municipality of Sonzacate, plot four hundred and fifteen, sixteen sector R zero three zero one.

Section two point to point number two number three. Heading east, in sinuous line, along the central axis of the neighborhood street from the road known as Via Los Naranjos leads to the canton Talcomunca, to intersect the central axis of Tenquisa river, where the point number three, is located a distance of approximately three hundred seventeen point sixty-nine meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred twenty-four thousand one hundred sixty point thirty-two meters; the same latitude, two hundred ninety-five thousand eight hundred and eleven point seventy-eight meters. Its surrounding are, for the town of Izalco, plot one sector zero three zero six zero four R; for the municipality of Sonzacate, four hundred twenty-plots and four hundred nineteen both the sector zero zero one three sixteen R.

Route two Tranche one point to point number three number four. Heading west, in sinuous line, along the central axis of Tenquisa river, downstream to the mouth of the Quebrada Seca over the said river, noting that from this point the said river is known by the name of The three Rivers, where the point number four is located, with a distance of approximately seven hundred sixty-nine zero point eight meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred twenty-four thousand and seventy-two about twenty meters; the same latitude, two hundred ninety-four thousand nine hundred sixty-five point seventy-three meters. Its surrounding are, for the town of Izalco, plot seven hundred and two, the sector three zero zero six zero four R; for the municipality of Sonzacate, four hundred nineteen plot, the sector zero zero one three sixteen R.
Section two point to point number four number five. Heading west, in sinuous line, along the central axis of the river Three Rivers, downstream to intercept the central axis of the street Canton Talcomunca leads to Lotificación Chilean, where the point is placed number five, with a distance of approximately two thousand eight hundred eighty-four point twenty-eight meters. his

Section three point number five point six. Heading east, in sinuous line, along the central axis of the river Three Rivers, downstream to its mouth on the Black or Ash River, where the point number six, is located with a distance of approximately six hundred and one point eighty four meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred twenty-three thousand nine hundred forty-four point forty-one meters; the same latitude, two hundred ninety-one thousand nine hundred sixty-seven zero point four meters. Its surrounding are, for the town of Izalco, plot eight sector zero zero six three zero eight R; for the municipality of Sonzacate, plots six hundred and eleven five hundred seventy one, both sector-zero-three sixteen R zero two plot three hundred eighty-eight, industry-zero-three sixteen U fourteen, plot fifty thousand and eleven (protection zone) of U sector zero zero nine three sixteen.

Section four point number six point seven. Heading west, in sinuous line, along the central axis of Black or Ash River, downstream to intercept the central axis of the Highway (CA-8), the city of San Salvador to the city of Sonsonate, place where the point number seven is located, with a distance of approximately in 1559 point fifty-eight meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred twenty-three thousand four hundred seventy-two point fifty-eight meters; Latitude like two hundred and ninety thousand eight hundred twenty-five point ninety-five meters. Its surrounding are, for the town of Izalco, plots once, nine, six, fifty thousand and eighty-seven, four, in 1136, the sector all three zero six zero zero eight R; for the municipality of Sonzacate plot fifty thousand and eleven (protection zone), the industry-zero-three sixteen U zero nine, plot fifty thousand and thirty-four (protection zone), the industry-zero-three sixteen zero or eight plot fifty thousand and sixty and four (protection zone), the sector zero zero seven three sixteen U.

Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
