1 Decree Nº 321 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the Diocese of Santa Ana, Department of the same name, is a non-political, religious and non-profit institution.
II.-for the achievement of its objectives, be introduced to the material country of painting that has been donated them, which will be used to beautify the infrastructure of the parish St. Peter the Apostle, in the municipality of Metapán, Santa Ana Department.
III.-that in accordance with the powers as this Legislative Assembly gives the Constitution of the Republic, is exempt from the payment of taxes, including warehousing, which can cause the introduction to the country of such a vehicle.
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Member of Parliament Carmen Elena Calderón step and Deputy Marcos Francisco Salazar Umaña.
DECREED: Art. 1.-exonerate is to the Diocese of Santa Ana, Department of the same name, of the payment of taxes, including warehousing, except for the tax to the transfer of goods furniture and to the provision of services (VAT), that can cause the introduction to the country of material of painting, which consists in: ninety (90) deposits of primer to the silicate (capacity 4 litres); sixty and six (66) deposits of coating to the silicate white (15 liters); two (2) deposits of spackling fibraplast (capacity 5 kg.); a (1) macy - gray elastic (capacity 14 litres); four (4) deposits of varnish weather salinado water (capacity 750 ml.); two (2) external macyplast tanks fine white (15 kg.); (1) deposit of enamel water white satin (capacity 4 liters); and one (1) deposit of multiadherente primer water white.
The exemption granted is subject to surveillance and control that the respective fiscal agencies should exercise.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the official journal.
