II.-that the registry technology and models currently available photogrammetric by national records center; It is possible to carry out a delimitation and precise demarcation of those limits.
III.-that has developed a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Center of records and the geographical Institute of the national cadastre, reaching in this way to the drafting and signing of the Act of municipal limit JUAYÚA - NAHUIZALCO with reference no. 0307-0308, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and attached as an integral part of it.
IV.-that of conformity to the Art. 131 ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution is competition of this first organ of the State Decree, interpret authentically, reform and repeal laws secondary.
