III.-with the purpose that the Supreme Electoral Tribunal to generate the relevant basic conditions throughout the national territory, to ensure the polls approach to the place where resident voters, that is necessary to provide it with the resources to execute through the adoption of an extraordinary special budget.
Therefore, in use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the President of the Republic, by the Minister of finance, DECREES: article 1.-voted on the following budget special extraordinary 2014 residential voting, thus: 0300-Supreme ELECTORAL TRIBUNAL A. institutional framework 1. 4. the Supreme Electoral Tribunal shall be sent to the Finance Ministry monthly report on budget execution.
5. the Supreme Electoral Tribunal is subsequently subject to control of the Court of accounts of the Republic as established in Article 327 of the Electoral Code.
