DECREE No. 352 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I.- by Legislative Decree No. 899, dated July 5, 2002, published in the Official Gazette No. 144, Volume No. 356, 8 August of the same year, ratified in all parts of the conversion Program External Debt, signed on January 22, 2002, between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Republic of France, in order to contribute to the reconstruction of the basic infrastructure of the Republic of El Salvador.
II.- That pursuant to Art. 2 of Legislative Decree referred to in the previous paragraph, with resources from the Debt Conversion Program Fund constituted the equivalent of 100% of debt service was created, principal and interest on the debts of the Government of El Salvador with the Republic of France, for the years 1998 to 2022, which will be administered by the Bilateral El Salvador-France Committee consisting of two representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of the Salvador and two representatives of the Ministry of Economy, finance and Industry of the Republic of France, who will be responsible for identifying projects to be financed with these resources.
III.- No. 18/2012 by Act dated 22 November 2012, the Bilateral Committee of Directors of the Fund Debt Conversion Salvadoran Franco, agreed to authorize the bouquet of Public Transportation Works and Housing Development urban funding of US $ 150,000 in order to finance the implementation of Project 5358 "Construction Mitigation Works in East Slope of Private Gardens Monte Blanco, Municipality of Soyapango, San Salvador Department".
IV.- That the execution of this project will mitigate the risks and damage to the slope of that development, which currently has a high degree of vulnerability and the risk of which increases with each winter season, so that early intervention becomes necessary to promote stability and security to the population directly benefited.
V.- That in order that the bouquet of Public Transportation Works and Housing and Urban Development, may have the necessary resources to finance the implementation of Project 5358 "Construction Mitigation Works in East Slope of Urbanization Jardines de Monte Blanco, municipality of Soyapango, Department of San Salvador ", is required to incorporate in the Budget Law in force, passed by Legislative Decree No. 182, dated November 8, 2012, published in the Official Gazette No. 228, Volume No. 397, 5 December of the same year, funds from the Debt conversion Program

up to an amount of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US $ 150,000).
THEREFORE,
in exercise of its constitutional powers and initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Finance, DECREES
:
Art.
A: 1. In the current Budget Law, Section A GENERAL STATE BUDGET, the following changes are introduced. In Section II - INCOME, Item 22 Transfers of Capital Account Capital Transfers 224 External Sector Specific Source 22403 increméntase governments and government agencies as well:
Conversion Program External Debt with France, approved by Decree legislative No. 899, dated July 5, 2002, published in the Official Gazette No. 144, Volume No. 356, 8 August of the same year. $ 150.000
B. In Section III-expenditure, the share of Bouquet of Public Transportation Works and Housing and Urban Development, Budget Unit 02 Public Works Line work 03 Infrastructure Investment increases with the amount of $ 150,000 and in the List of Public Investment Projects, the following should be incorporated Project 5358 "Construction Mitigation Works in East Slope of Private Gardens Monte Blanco, Municipality of Soyapango, San Salvador Department" with the same amount, thus:

The resources are incorporated by this Legislative Decree worth US $ 150,000, should be applied to the Source of Resources 20 Government of the Republic of France.
Art. 2. This decree comes into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
