1 Decree N ° 355 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that by Legislative Decree N ° 273 on January 24, 2013, published in the official journal N ° 27, volume 398 8 February of the same year, was issued the law for the exercise of the vote from abroad in the presidential election, which determines the forms procedures and times for the implementation of the vote of citizens resident abroad.
II.-that at the time of issuing this law, were already running some deadlines of the electoral timetable approved by the election authority, noting that there are lag on the dates set for the realization of some previous acts, so it is necessary to harmonise the provisions for the best logistical and administrative functioning of the electoral process.
