1 Decree N ° 355 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that by Legislative Decree N ° 273 on January 24, 2013, published in the official journal N ° 27, volume 398 8 February of the same year, was issued the law for the exercise of the vote from abroad in the presidential election, which determines the forms procedures and times for the implementation of the vote of citizens resident abroad.
II.-that at the time of issuing this law, were already running some deadlines of the electoral timetable approved by the election authority, noting that there are lag on the dates set for the realization of some previous acts, so it is necessary to harmonise the provisions for the best logistical and administrative functioning of the electoral process.
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the members and the deputies Norma Guevara, Jackeline Noemi Rivera Avalos, Richar management clear Reyes, Adán Cortéz, José Rinaldo Garzona Villeda, Rafael Ricardo Morán Tobar, Abilio Orestes Rodríguez Menjívar and Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez.
DECREED them following reforms to the law for the exercise of the vote from the outside in them elections presidential article 1.-reform is the numeral one of the article 4, of the following way: 1. own document only of identity existing with address of residence in the outside.
Article 2.-reformed second and third subparagraphs of article 5 in the following way: to exercise the vote from abroad, the citizens must express their will unambiguously be included in the electoral roll, using a special form provided by the Tribunal; hundred eighty days before the event election.
Apply suspension and definitive closure of voter registration deadlines regulated in article 30 of the Electoral Code, except for the case of Salvadorans living abroad who acquire the adult age in the period between the time of suspension and closure of registration to voter registration and the day of the vote, who will be enrolled in the electoral register of residents abroad up to sixty days prior to the election provided that such persons have requested their respective single identity document and to comply with the requirement indicated in the paragraph above, prior to the period of suspension and closure of voter registration.

2 article 3.-reforming article 15, in the following manner: article 15.-the format of the ballot paper to be used abroad shall be equal to that used in the territory of the Republic, but will express the legend "Ballot vote from the outside".
