1. Decree No. 363, the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR: I.-that by Decree legislative Nr. 182, dated November 8, 2012, published in the Official Journal No. 228, volume no. 397, on December 5 of the same year, approved the budget bill for Fiscal 2013 financial year.
II.-appearing in the aforementioned law of budget, in the part corresponding to the field of health, by the Divine Providence Hospital institution, with a grant of one hundred thousand dollars from the United States of AMERICA ($100,000.00), budget unit and line of work 34, various subsidies.
III.-that the Divine Providence Hospital, is the institution through which run projects with resources referred to before, but which will administer these funds is the "Association of religious Carmelite tertiary barefoot of Santa Teresa of Jesus".
IV.-that for the reasons previously stated, it is necessary to reform the law referred to in recital first of this Decree, in order to relate the institution that will administer the resources to which reference has been made to.
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the members Lorraine Guadalupe Pena Mendoza, Norma Fidelia Guevara Deputy Orestes Fredesman Ortez Andrade and Ramirios.
Decree: Article 1.-the budget unit and line of work 34, several subsidies in the budget allocated to the health sector, be replaced to the Divine Providence Hospital, "Association of religious Carmelite tertiary Descalzas de Santa Teresa de Jesús". Keeping the same budgetary unit and work line, the source of funding and the assigned amount.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force as from the day of its publication in the official journal.
