DECREE No. 364 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the existing boundary between the municipalities comprising the Department of La Paz, it does not fit the present development of technology in land registration matters and measurement; nor to the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.- with the registration technology and photogrammetric models currently available by the National Registration Center; It is possible to perform a precise delimitation and demarcation of these boundaries.
III that has developed a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Registration Center and the Geographic Institute and National Cadastre, reaching in this way to the drafting and signing of the municipal boundary Cuyultitán - Tapalhuaca with reference No. 0801 - 0820, which is taken as the basis for the content of this decree and is attached as an integral part thereof.
IV.- That pursuant to Art. 131 section 5, of the Constitution is the responsibility of the State Body enact, authentically interpret, amend and repeal secondary laws.
THEREFORE
in exercise of its constitutional powers and initiative of Deputies Guadalupe Antonio Vasquez Martinez, Manuel Vicente Menjivar, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Carlos Cortez Hernández, Nery Arely Diaz de Rivera, Lucía del Carmen Ayala Leon, Audelia Guadalupe Lopez de Kleutgens, Mario Alberto Tenorio Guerrero and Guevara exdiputados Santos Ramos, Karla Gisela Abrego and Mildred Guadalupe Machado. Art. 1. It is established as the boundary between the municipalities of Cuyultitán and Tapalhuaca, both of the Department of La Paz, the following:
The stroke of the municipal boundary is composed of a single journey, consisting of two sections, determined by three points, numbered from 1 to 3, by hydrographic natural element.
Punto Trifinio start. It is defined in the mouth of the river on the Comalapa Panchimilama river, where the point number one is located at the same trifinio time for the municipalities of San Francisco Chinameca, Tapalhuaca and Cuyultitán, all belonging to the department of La Paz. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and ninety thousand eight hundred ninety-five point thirty-eight meters; Latitude like, two hundred and seventy thousand two hundred seventy point forty-nine meters. Its surrounding are, for the municipality of San Francisco Chinameca, plot eighty-three, the sector zero eight zero nine

eleven; for the municipality of Tapalhuaca plot eighty, twenty eight zero two zero R sector; for the municipality of Cuyultitán plot industry eighty three zero eight zero one zero one R.
Single path.
Section one point to point number one number two. Heading east, in sinuous line, along the central axis of Comalapa river, downstream to intercept the central axis of the street that the Community Settlement Tres de Enero, leads to agricultural plots of the settlement, where the point is located number two, with a distance of approximately three thousand five hundred sixty-five point seventy-nine meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred ninety-one thousand three hundred ninety-nine point sixty-six meters; the same latitude, two hundred sixty-seven thousand two hundred twenty-one point ninety-nine meters. Its surrounding are, for the municipality of Cuyultitán, plots eighty-three hundred one and four hundred eighty three, all the sector zero eight zero one R zero one, plots eighty-three, ninety-two and one hundred and five all the sector zero eight zero one R zero two plots hundred seventy seven and two hundred and twenty two eight zero one R zero three for the municipality of Tapalhuaca plot eighty sector zero eight twenty R zero two plots seventy-two, five hundred sixty zero sector three two zero eight twenty R zero three plots ninety, two hundred, two hundred and two, two hundred and four, two hundred and six, two hundred and eight, two hundred and ten, two hundred and twelve, two hundred and thirteen and two hundred and fifteen, all the sector zero eight twenty R zero four sector.

Section two point to point number two number three. Heading east, in sinuous line, along the central axis of Comalapa river, downstream to intercept the extension of the southern boundary of the plot four hundred seventy-six, the sector zero zero one eight zero R three (Centro Escolar Dr. Guillermo Lisandro Sosa Vasquez), where the point number three is located, with a distance of approximately three thousand three hundred fifty-nine point twenty meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred ninety-one thousand nine hundred eighty-three point seventy-four meters; the same latitude, two hundred sixty-four thousand five hundred twenty-eight point twenty-nine meters. Its surrounding are, for the municipality of Cuyultitán, plots two hundred and twenty, two hundred twenty seven plots belonging to the Community Settlement Tres de Enero, plus plots two hundred twenty-one, two hundred thirty-two hundred and nine, and the plots belonging to the Agricultural Settlement the Carao and the colony El Milagro, all the sector zero eight zero one zero three R; for the municipality of Tapalhuaca, plots two hundred and fifteen, two hundred sixteen, two hundred and seventeen, two hundred and eighteen, Community Settlement Tres de Enero, one hundred ninety-seven hundred and sixty, three hundred seventy-eight, three hundred seventy seven, sixteen, three hundred seventy-one, three hundred seventy three hundred and seventy-two, all the sector zero eight zero five twenty R.
Trifinio arrival point. The arrival point is described as the number three, which at the same time is trifinio point for the municipalities of Tapalhuaca, San Juan Talpa and Cuyultitán, all of the department of La Paz. Its surrounding are for the municipality of Tapalhuaca, plot three hundred seventy-two, the zero eight zero five twenty R sector; for the municipality of San Juan Talpa, plot thirty-eight, the sector zero eight zero eleven U three for the municipality of Cuyultitán, plot four hundred seventy-six (Center Dr. Guillermo Sosa Vasquez Lisandro School), the sector zero eight zero one R zero three.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
