1 Decree No. 362 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that by Legislative Decree No. 323 of date February 28, 2013, published in the Official Journal No. 44, volume no. 398, on 5 March the same year, this Assembly ratified the debt redemption agreement, signed between the State and the Government of El Salvador , and the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), of the Federal Republic of Germany, for the amount of up to ten million of EUROS (€10,000,000.00), and the Supplement No. 1 of the contract of exchange of debt; resources that will be allocated to finance the programme "improving comprehensive settlements precarious urban (MIAPU)", which will be implemented by the Department of housing and urban development.
II.-that the publication of the official journal of the decree referred to in the previous recital, omitted publish a constituent part of the agreement, so it is coming is to be reformed, in order to incorporate that omission.
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the members Lorraine Guadalupe Pena Mendoza and Carmen Elena Calderón de Escalón.
Decree: Article 1.-reforming the Legislative Decree No. 323, date of February 28, 2013, published in the Official Journal No. 44, volume no. 398, on 5 March the same year, in the sense of incorporating in its published annexes, concerning the Supplement No. 1 of the contract of exchange of debt, which are an integral part of the referred decree.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the official journal.
