1 Decree No. 368 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-who dated December 19, 2002, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and economy signed an agreement of coordination between both ministries, in relation to strengthening the management of the Republic of El Salvador before the World Trade Organization, WTO and the world intellectual property organization , WIPO, in Geneva, Switzerland.
II.-that established that the operating expenses of the Permanent Mission of El Salvador in Geneva, Switzerland, in accordance with paragraph 14, first of the Convention concerned paragraph, would be divided and covered by both ministries, according to a table of expenses, previously defined, and that the contribution of the branch of economy would be transferred to the field of external relations, so this move those resources to the Permanent Mission in Geneva Switzerland.
III.-that it is necessary that the Permanent Mission of Spain, based in Geneva, Switzerland, may have the resources to continue with their management to enhance bilateral, regional and multilateral trade negotiations aimed at the adoption of international legal instruments that improve the conditions of access of Salvadoran exports of goods and services that contribute to bring into the country increased flows of investment and technology.
IV.-that to transfer to the field of Foreign Affairs the necessary resources for the functioning of the Permanent Mission of our country with its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, during the present fiscal year 2013, it is necessary to incorporate the reforms corresponding to the budget approved by Legislative Decree No. 182 dated November 8, 2012, published in the Official Journal No. 228 of I take no. 397, on December 5 of the same year.
