DECREE No. 385 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the March 20, 2013, was signed the Exchange of Letters between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of Japan, which is a grant to the Republic of El Salvador, in the amount of 300 million Japanese yen.
II the instrument referred to in previous paragraph to has been approved by Executive Agreement No. 594/2013, of 19 April 2013 and submitted for consideration by the Legislature for inclusion in the Salvadoran legal system , effective and positive.
III that this instrument contains no provision contrary to the Constitution, being from ratification.
THEREFORE,
in use of the power provided for in Art. 131, ordinal 7 of the Constitution in conjunction with Art. 168, ordinal 4 of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through Deputy Minister for Development Cooperation, in charge of the office. DECREES
:
Art. 1. is ratified in all its parts the exchange of letters between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of Japan, which is a grant to the Republic of El Salvador in the amount of 300 million Japanese yen, comprising a note of proposal that includes: minutes of agreement on the details of the procedure; Appendix I, List of Eligible Products; Appendix II, Scope of Services Agent; Appendix III Proper Acquisition Certificate; Appendix IV Acquisition Certificate Eligible for Outstanding Amount (reimbursement procedure); Appendix V, Terms of Reference of the Committee and two memories of discussion; also a note of response and acceptance transcribed verbatim the above, including the minutes of agreement on the details of the procedure; Appendix I, List of Eligible Products; Appendix II, Scope of Services Agent; Appendix III Proper Acquisition Certificate; Appendix IV Acquisition Certificate Eligible for Outstanding Amount (reimbursement procedure); Appendix V, Terms of Reference of the Committee and discussion the two reports; both signed notes on March 20, 2013, approved by the Executive Branch, through Agreement No. 594/2013 of 19 April 2013
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
