1. Decree No. 386, the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR: I.-that the March 20, 2013, was signed the exchange of notes between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of Japan, which is a donation to the Republic of El Salvador, in the amount of 400 million Japanese yen.
II.-that the instrument referred to in the previous recital has been approved by agreement Executive No. 595/2013, 19 April 2013 and submitted to the Legislative Assembly for inclusion in El Salvador, current and positive law.
III.-that the instrument does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution, being from its ratification.
Therefore, in use from the power established in article 131, ordinal 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, ordinal 4th of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through the Deputy Minister of cooperation for development, in charge of the office.
Decree: Article 1.-ratified in all its parts the exchange of notes between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of Japan, which is a donation to the Republic of El Salvador, in the amount of 400 million Japanese yen, which consists of a note of proposal that includes: minutes of agreement on the details of the procedure; Appendix I, list of eligible products; Appendix II, scope of the services of the agent; Appendix III, certificate of the appropriate acquisition; Appendix IV, certificate of the eligible purchase for the remaining amount (reimbursement procedure); Appendix V, terms of reference of the Committee, and memory of discussion; also a note of acceptance and response which reproduced verbatim above, including the minutes of agreement on the details of the procedure; Appendix I, list of eligible products; Appendix II, scope of the services of the agent; Appendix III, certificate of the appropriate acquisition; Appendix IV, certificate of the eligible purchase for the remaining amount (reimbursement procedure); Appendix V, terms of reference of the Committee, and the report of discussion; both notes signed on March 20, 2013, approved by the Executive Branch, by means of agreement No. 595/2013 of April 19, 2013.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
