1 Decree No. 388 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that by Legislative Decree No. 756 of 28 July of the year 2005, published in the Official Journal No. 198, volume no. 369, of October 25 of 2005, adopted rules in this House.
II.-that is necessary to bring reforms to articles 12 and 102 of the referred regulation, to the effect that its provisions meet the same dynamics of the Assembly and to promote actions and procedures that this makes for a better fulfillment of its purposes, as regards international relations policy, and reports that are required to the President of the Republic.
FOR both, use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the deputies Othon Sigfrido Reyes Morales, Francisco Roberto Lorenzana Duran, and members of legislature 2009-2012, Miguel Ahues Karra, Jose Nelson Guardado, Rafael Paz Velis, Zoila Beatriz jaw Solis and Gerson Martínez.
DECREED: The following reforms to Regulation inside of the Assembly Legislative article 1.-Reforming paragraph 23, the Art.12, thus: "23) define the politics of international relations of the Assembly and follow-up on commitments with agencies of which it is Member; for which, at the beginning of the legislature, after having integrated the standing committees and temporary, after consultation with the coordinators of the parliamentary groups, and effect to ensure the continuity of the work and resolutions, shall appoint members and members who integrate the commissions of the Union inter-parliamentary (UIP), Parliament of the Americas (PARLAMERICA), of the Latin American Parliament (PARLATINO), of the Forum of Presidents of legislative powers of Central America and the basin of the Caribbean (FOPREL) ", of the Parliamentary Confederation of the Americas (COPA), to groups of friendship and other international bodies, to which belongs the Assembly."
Article 2.-incorporate a clause that will be second, the Art.102, thus: "in addition, and by resolution of the plenary, may require the President of the Republic reports deemed relevant on matters of national interest, on the basis set out in article 168, ordinal 7°, of the Constitution of the Republic, provided that the mocionante check that you have not obtained timely response , and exhausted the procedure established in the law on access to public information. "The plenary, in the resolution issued, and in consideration of the urgency of the report, will establish the period within which 2 the President must deliver it."
Article 3.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
