1. Decree No. 403 in the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the President of the Republic, Mr Mauricio Funes, in compliance with provisions in articles 131 ordinal 15o and 158 of the Constitution, has urged this Assembly, is granted license to leave the national territory, as necessary, during the period from June 21, 2013 31 May 2014, in order to visit countries of North America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean, as well as countries from the Asian, European and African continents and Oceania;
II.-that the licence requested by the President of the Republic has ratified personally, before this House, during the plenary session held on the same date;
Therefore, in use of his constitutional powers, and in accordance with provisions of the ordinal 15o. Article 131 of the Constitution, DECREES: article 1.-granted license to the President of the Republic, Mr Mauricio Funes, so you can leave the national territory, in order to make visit to North America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean countries, as well as , of Asian, European and African continents and countries of Oceania, where necessary; during the period from June 21, 2013 to 31 May 2014, addressing invitation from friendly Governments or State visits, as well as any private visits.
Article 2.-during the absence of the President, will be replaced in his post in accordance to article 155 of the Constitution which stipulates.
Article 3.-this Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the official journal.
