DECREE No. 411 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the legislative plenary on 26 of this month, accepted the resignation presented by attorney Silvia Inmaculada Aguilar Zepeda, in the office of Judge of the Second Court of Accounts of the Republic, generating this resignation, a vacancy in the office of Second Magistrate of the Court of Accounts of the Republic;
II.- That pursuant to the provisions of Art.131, paragraph 19, of the Constitution, is the exclusive responsibility of this Assembly, to elect the President and Judges of the Court of Accounts of the Republic;
III.- That the Constitution, in Article 198, establishes as sole requirements for the performance of the offices of President and Judges of the Court of Auditors must be Salvadoran by birth, over thirty years old, honesty and notorious competition; be in the exercise of the rights of citizens and have been in the three years preceding his election;
IV.- this organ of the Government, through the relevant procedures, has irrefutably proved that the candidate, attorney Rony Huezo Serrano, underwent the procedure laid down in the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, which meets the constitutional requirements before mentioned, which is based on the application and resume submitted, the corresponding attestations accompanying such as: birth certificate, reports of various public institutions were required to, comparing crowded between the universe of candidates, with all of which is justified and based that such a candidate is suitable for the performance of their duties, and that there are no situations or facts that disqualify him or inhibit for such performance.
THEREFORE,
in exercise of its constitutional powers,
DECREES: ARTICLE
SINGLE.- Elígese in the office of Second Magistrate of the Court of Accounts of the Republic, the Attorney Rony Huezo Serrano, to end the period expires on 8 July 2014. the elected official
surrendered to the Assembly, the protest provided for in Article 235 of the Constitution, before taking up his post.
