1. Decree No. 424, the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR: I.-that the Evangelical assemblies of God Conference, is a religious, non-political and non-profit entity, which, among others, aims to inspire its members worship God in spirit and in truth, as well as to disseminate knowledge of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ inside and outside the country.
II.-that for the achievement of its objectives will be introduced to the country two vehicles that have been donated them, which will be used for the activities of the Church.
III.-that in accordance with the powers as this Legislative Assembly gives the Constitution of the Republic, is exempt from the payment of taxes, including warehousing, which can cause the introduction to the country of the two vehicles in question.
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputy Orestes Fredesman Ortez Andrade.
Decree: Article 1.-exonerate the Evangelical Conference of the assemblies of God, of the payment of taxes, including warehousing, except for the tax on the transfer of movable property and to the provision of services (VAT), which can cause the introduction to the country a truck Isuzu brand; color: Green; 4S2CK58V6T4328688 vin number; chassis number: 4S2T4328688; engine number: 409059; and a pickup brand Mazda; color: Blue; vin number: 4F4YR12D93TM04617; chassis number: 3TM04617.
Vehicles which are covered in this Decree, may not be transferred to third parties.
The exemption granted is subject to surveillance and control that the respective fiscal agencies should exercise.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the official journal.
