1 Decree No. 433 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that article 32 of the Constitution provides that the family is the fundamental basis of society and shall have the protection of the State, who shall adopt the necessary legislation and create agencies and appropriate services for its integration, well-being and social, cultural and economic development.
II. that by means of Legislative Decree No. 133 of date of September 14, 1994, published in the Official Journal No. 173, vol. 324, dated 20 September 1994, the procedural family law was passed.
III.-that the article 4 of the Act, in its first paragraph States that the courts and Chambers's family will have the territorial jurisdiction which determines the Judicial Organization Act. The first count with an integrated team of specialists, at least by a social worker and a psychologist.
IV.-that because of the way in which article 4 of the law procedure of family, is written there is a risk that in the future the participation of education professionals, who until today integrate actively such equipment, providing significant contributions for the good development of the processes can be removed , especially those which involves children and adolescents, because of which it becomes necessary to amend the referred article, in order to incorporate the participation of educators in the multidisciplinary teams of family.
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of MEPs: martyr Arnoldo Marin Villanueva and Rodolfo Antonio Parker Soto.
DECREES the following: reform to the law litigation of family article 1.-reformed first of article 4, paragraph follows: "article 4.-the courts and Chambers's family will have the territorial jurisdiction which determines the Judicial Organization Act." The first count with an integrated team of specialists, at least by a social worker, a psychologist and an educator."
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
