1 Decree Nº 437 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that by Legislative Decree No. 342 of March 20, 2013, published in the official newspaper Nº 57, volume 398, 22nd of the same month and year, approved the extraordinary special budget for 2014 residential voting;
II.-that the numeral 6 specific provisions establish expenditures in advertising for the event concerned and for the payment of overtime and travel expenses of the staff recruited for the implementation of residential voting 2014;
III. that was not clearly established that the payment of overtime and travel expenses could be made both to staff recruited under the regime of wage or contract law which perform to complete the implementation of residential voting 2014;
IV.-that for the above reasons it is necessary to reform the paragraph 6 of the specific provisions of the decree referred to in recital first of this Decree.
Therefore, in use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the deputies Othon Sigfrido Reyes Morales and Lourdes Irma Palacios Vasquez, DECREES: article 1.-reforming the paragraph 6 of the specific provisions of the extraordinary special budget for the implementation of residential voting from the year 2014 as well: "6) is allocated the amount of $100,000 coming from spending on advertising the electoral event 2014" for the payment of overtime and travel expenses of staff hired under regime wages Act or contract that make you work to complete the implementation of residential voting 2014 ".
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the official journal and its effects are rolled back from the entry into force of the extraordinary special budget for 2014 residential vote.
