1. Decree No. 449 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that by Decree legislative Nr. 182, dated November 8, 2012, published in the Official Journal No. 228, volume no. 397, on December 5 of the same year, adopted the law on budget corresponding to the fiscal financial year 2013, in which, in the part corresponding to the field of health , include the total value of $1,000,000 to the portfolio of State intended to finance activities in support of health services provided to women and newborns in hospitals and regions of health and for the strengthening of laboratory areas falling within the scope of PAP and mammography programs and to combat and prevent intrauterine cancer that they are part of the initiative to the attention of the woman who is being promoted by the parliamentary group of women in the Legislative Assembly;
II. allocation of $1,000,000 before referred to, the branch of health required to allocate the total amount of cent eighty and two thousand three hundred and sixty and three dollars of the United States of AMERICA ($182,363), to finance the implementation of the corresponding investment project to the "construction of the pathology laboratory of the National Hospital Santa Gertrudis, San Vicente", in order to strengthen the health services provided to women in the prevention of cervical cancer and Breast; with which will provide complementary to that Hospital infrastructure, in order to perform studies histopathological biopsies and cytologic analysis for the benefit of the female population of the paracentral zone;
III. that in order that the health industry has the resources needed to realize the project designated above, it is necessary to introduce changes to the existing budget law.
Therefore, in use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the President of the Republic, by the Minister of finance, DECREES: article 1.-the existing budget law, section – A General State budget, introducense modifications that then shows: a. in the section III-expenses, in the part corresponding to the field of health, literal B. allocation of resources Paragraph 3. Budget allocation by group category, source of financing and target 2 economic; It is added into the unit budget 07 development investment, line of work 02 construction of establishments of health, which are shown below, with the amount of $182,363 and joins with that same amount in paragraph 5.
