DECREE No. 455 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I.- on September 5, 2012, it was signed the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Republic of Colombia.
II the instrument referred to in previous paragraph to has been approved by Executive Agreement No.. 1911/2012, of December 4, 2012, and submitted for consideration by the Legislature for inclusion in the Salvadoran, effective and positive law.
III that this instrument contains no provision contrary to the Constitution, being from ratification.
THEREFORE,
in use of the power provided for in Art. 131, ordinal 7 of the Constitution in conjunction with Art. 168, ordinal 4 of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through Deputy Minister for Development Cooperation, in charge of the office. DECREES
:
Art. 1. is ratified in all its parts Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Republic of Colombia, which contains XXIX Articles and an annex on the route schedule, signed on September 5, 2012 approved by Executive Agreement No.. 1911/2012 of 4 December 2012.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
GIVEN IN THE BLUE ROOM OF THE LEGISLATIVE PALACE: San Salvador, on the fifteenth day of August in the year two thousand and thirteen.
