1. Decree No. 466 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: (I).-in accordance with rule 131, 22 ° ordinal of the Constitution of the Republic, is Faculty of this organ of State grant to individuals or populations, titles, honorary distinctions and gratuities consistent with the form of Government established by relevant services to the homeland.
II.-that article 6, literal c) honorary distinctions, rewards and titles Act, establishes that the honorary distinctions of remarkable and distinguished or accomplished, in their order of importance, may be granted to Salvadoran people and foreign residents, when services or contributions that have been given to the homeland, is related to the dissemination and use of science art, culture, education and sport or any other form of altruistic or collective service; such a way that represents an undeniable benefit for the Salvadoran Government or its inhabitants.
III.-that the citizen Concepcion Rebollo Cubias of Herrera Rebollo, medical profession, is a recognized Salvadoran woman who has excelled in different areas of his professional life with much effort, having graduated as a doctor in medicine from the University of El Salvador in the year of 1965, later pursuing postgraduate studies in demography, social clinical Pediatrics and prevention and treatment of infectious and parasitic diseases , both in El Salvador as in the overseas, involving is also in activities oriented to the development and improvement of the programs of care primary in health.
IV.-that it is important to highlight the valuable contribution that the Dr. Cubias of Herrera Rebollo has provided the Salvadoran people, through the development of health care to the children and adolescents, as well as through their contribution to the formation of many generations of doctors in Pre degree and graduate, as well as nurses Psychology, administrators and engineers working in the area of health.
V-which under the merits before mentioned, is appropriate to grant the honorable distinction of "remarkable medical El Salvador", Mrs. Concepcion Rebollo Cubias Herrera Rebollo, in recognition of his outstanding professional and humanitarian contributions in the field of health.
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Member of Parliament Lorraine Guadalupe Pena Mendoza.

2 DECREES: Article 1.-declared Mrs. Concepcion Rebollo Cubias Herrera Rebollo, "remarkable medical of EL SALVADOR", in recognition of his outstanding professional and humanitarian contributions in the field of health.
Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the official journal.
