THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- That the Church, the Christian Ministry The Living Word, is an apolitical, non-profit entity, whose objectives, among others, are the proclamation, publication and teaching of the message of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, as mandated by the Holy Bible, as well as raising the spiritual, moral, social and cultural status of its members.

II.- That in order to achieve its objectives they will introduce to the country a donation of 445 lumps of various articles, which will be distributed to people of scarce economic resources.

III.- That in accordance with the powers conferred upon this Legislative Assembly by the Constitution of the Republic, it is appropriate to exempt the payment of taxes, including wine cellar, which may cause the introduction to the country of the donation in mention.

set tails, hooks, diadems; two (2) thermos; one (1) pack of disposable vessels; two (2) pack of adult pampers; five (5) packs of child pampers; one (1) pack of disposable dishes; and thirteen (13) wall boxes.

The waiver granted is without prejudice to the monitoring and control to be exercised by the respective tax agencies. The representatives of the said Church shall also submit to this Assembly a detailed report on the distribution of the goods referred to in this decree.

Art. 2.- This decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
