DECRETO N° 531

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- That the existing delimitation between the municipalities that comprise the Department of La Paz does not conform to the present development of technology in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor to the existing social and economic development circumstances of the country.

II.- That with the recording technology and the photogrametric models currently available by the National Registry Centre; it is possible to carry out a precise delimitation and demarcation of those limits.

III.- That a process of dialogue has been developed between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Registry Centre and the Geographical Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving at the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act SAN JUAN TALPA – TAPALHUACA with reference No. 0811 - 0820, which is taken as a basis for the content of this Decree and is annexed as an integral part of it.

IV.- According to Art. 131 ordinal 5° of the Constitution is the responsibility of this State body to decree, interpret, reform and repeal secondary laws.

in use of its constitutional faculties and at the initiative of the Guatemalan Deputies Antonio Vásquez Martínez, Manuel Vicente Menjívar, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Carlos Cortez Hernández, Nery Arely Díaz de Rivera, Lucía del Carmen Ayala de León, Audelia Guadalupe López de Kleutgens, Mario Alberto Tenorio Guerrero and the former Deputies Santos Guevara Ramos, Karla Gisela

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- It is established as a limit between the municipalities of San Juan Talpa and Tapalhuaca, both of the Department of La Paz, the following:

The line of the municipal boundary is defined by a single path, consisting also of a single section, determined by two points, numbered from one to two, through natural hydrographic element.

Trifini starting point. It is located in the interception of the prolongation of the property liner that divides the plots four hundred seventy and six, of the sector zero eight zero one R zero three and thirty-eight, of the sector zero eight eleven U zero three, with the central axis of the river Comalapa, where the point number one is located, at the same time trifinio for the municipalities of Tapalhuaca, San Juan Talpa and Cuyultitán, all belonging to the Department of La. Its coordinates are Length equal, four hundred ninety and one thousand nine hundred and eighty and three seventy and four metres; equal latitude,

Its neighbors are for the municipality of Tapalhuaca, plot three hundred seventy and two, of sector zero eight twenty R zero five; for the municipality of San Juan Talpa, plot thirty and eight, of sector zero eight eleven U zero three and for the municipality of Cuyultitán, plot four hundred seventy and six, of sector zero eight zero one R zero three.

Unique path

Single Tram, point number one to point number two. On the southeast, on a sinuous line, by the central axis of the Comalapa river, downstream, until intercepting the extension of the lindero of property that divides the plots three hundred and seven, of the sector zero eight twenty R zero five and two hundred and fifty-seven, of the sector zero eight thirteen U zero eight, where the point number two is located, with an approximate distance of fifty-two point fifty-three meters. Its coordinates are length equal, four hundred ninety-two thousand nine points sixty-four meters; latitude equal, two hundred sixty-four thousand four hundred and eighty-five cubits. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Tapalhuaca, plot three hundred seventy-two, of sector zero eight twenty R zero five, for the municipality of San Juan Talpa, plot thirty-eight and ninety-four, of sector zero eight eleven U zero three.

Trifini point of arrival. The point of arrival will be the one described as number two, which at the same time is trifinio for the municipalities of Tapalhuaca, San Juan Talpa and San Luis Talpa, all belonging to the Department of La Paz. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Tapalhuaca, plot three hundred seventy and two, of sector zero eight twenty R zero five; for the municipality of San Juan Talpa, plot sixty and four, of sector zero eight eleven U zero three and for the municipality of San Luis Talpa, plot two hundred and fifty and seven, of sector zero eight thirteen U zero eight.

Art. 2.- This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
