THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- As a result of the remaining financial resources of the former Education Credit Guarantee Fund, there is now a available balance, after the final liquidation balance has been approved, the Dissolution and Liquidation of the Fund for the Guarantee for the Educational Credit, by Legislative Decree No. 106 of 21 September 2006, published in Official Gazette No. 193, Volume No. 373, of 17 October 2006.

II.- That the balance available to the date referred to in the previous consideration amounts to the sum of US$1,900,000.00, after approved the final liquidation balance of the Fund aludite.

III.- That there is a need to reorient the remaining resources of the Education Credit Guarantee Fund to partially finance the current deficit of the University of El Salvador to cover its operating expenses during the last quarter of the fiscal year 2013.

IV.- That for the purpose that the Education Ram may use the available balance of the remaining financial resources of the Education Credit Guarantee Fund, to support the institutional management of the University of El Salvador, it is necessary to modify the Income and Expenditures of the current Budget Law of 2013, voted by Legislative Decree No. 182, dated November 8, 2012, published in Official Gazette No. 228, Volume No. 397, of 5

in the use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Finance,

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- In the current Budget Act, Section A General State Budget, incorporate the following modifications:

A) In section II-INNERS, Book 15 Financial Income and Others, Account 157 Other Unclassified Income, create the specific source 15799 Diverse Income, with the amount of A MILLION NOVECIENTS MILLION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$1,900,000.00).

B) In subsection III-GASTOS, in the portion of the Education Ram, verbatim B. Resource Allocation, numeral 4. Budget allocation by Rubro de Agrupación, Fuente de Financiamiento y Destination Económico, increase the following allocation:
