THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- That by Legislative Decree No. 138, dated 27 September 2012, published in Official Gazette No. 195, Volume No. 397, of 18 October of the same year, this Legislative Assembly authorized the Executive Body in the Treasury Ramo, so that by means of its holder or of the official that he designates, to subscribe on behalf of the State and Government of the Republic of El Salvador, a Contract of Préstamo with the Federal Government

II.- That on the basis of the Financial Cooperation Convention 2010, signed between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, signed on 9 May 2012 and ratified in all its parts by Legislative Decree No. 45, dated 5 July 2012, published in Official Gazette No. 144, Volume No. 3961,000, of 8 August of the same year, was held on 6 November 2012 a contract represented of financial assistance

III.- That in the 2013 Budget Law, the Environmental and Natural Resources Ramo has assigned to the Public Investment Project No. 5391 “National Program for the Integral Management of Solid Wastes in El Salvador”, a total of $200,000, funded by resources of the General Fund, which corresponds to the contribution of counterparts; so on this occasion, they request to incorporate funds from the External Loan KFW No. 25815,

IV.- That in order to facilitate the incorporation of resources by the amount of $1,002,743 to begin the implementation of Project 5391 “National Program for the Comprehensive Management of Solid Wastes in El Salvador”, it is necessary to reform the Budget Law, in Section II- SECOND AMERICA, INCLUDING SECOND AMERICA, INCLUDING THE SECOND AMERICA, INCLUDING AMERICA, In addition, changes are made regarding the Budget Allocation by Rubro de Agrupación, Fuente de Financiamiento y Destination Económico y el Listado de Proyectos de Inversión Pública, increasing the source of financing for Project 5391 “Programme Nacional para el Manejo Integral de los Desechos Solidos en El Salvador” (Préstamo KFW-25815, for $601,646 and Donation for $401,097).

in the use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Finance,

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- The current Budget Act, Section – General Budget BUDGET, introduces the following modifications:

Financial Aid Contract signed between the Kreditanstalt Für Wiederaufbau (KFW) and the Government of the Republic of El Salvador, intended to finance expert services for training measures in relation to the Project “Support to the National Plan for the Improvement of the Handling of Solid Wastes in El Salvador”, according to the Basic Convention on Financial Cooperation 2010, ratified in all its parts by Legislative Decree No. 596

B) In subsection III GASTOS, in the part corresponding to the Environmental and Natural Resources Ramo, Budget Unit 05 National Program for the Comprehensive Management of Solid Wastes in El Salvador, add the Work Line 01 National Program for the Comprehensive Management of Solid Wastes in El Salvador, with the total amount of $1,002,743 and in the Public Income List, the same increases the Public Inversion Project.

C) The resources incorporated in this Legislative Decree of $1,002,743, shall be applied to the Resource Source 23 Kreditanstalt Für Wiederaufbau, KFW.

Article 2. This Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
