DECRETO N° 535

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- That the existing delimitation between the municipalities that comprise the Department of Usulután does not conform to the present development of technology in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor to the existing circumstances of social and economic development of the country.

II.- That with the recording technology and the photogrametric models currently available by the National Registry Centre; it is possible to carry out a precise delimitation and demarcation of those limits.

III.- That a process of dialogue has been developed between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Registry Centre and the Geographical Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving at the elaboration and signature of the Act of Municipal Limit BERLIN - TECAPAN with reference No. 1102 - 1122, which is taken as the basis for the contents of this Decree and is annexed as an integral part of it.

IV.- According to Art. 131 ordinal 5° of the Constitution is the responsibility of this State body to decree, interpret, reform and repeal secondary laws.

in the use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputies Carlos Cortez Hernández, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortíz, Nery Arely Díaz de Rivera, Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez and the former Diputado Erik Mira Bonilla.

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- It is established as a limit between the municipalities of Berlin and Tecapán both of the Department of Usulután, the following:

The trazo of the municipal boundary consists of seven paths. The first route consisting of a single section, determined by two points, numbered from one to two, by linens of plots; the second route consisting of a single section, determined by two points, numbered from two to three, by natural element hydrographic; the third route consisting of two sections, determined by three points, numbered from three to five, by linens of plots; the fourth route consisting of one single section, determined by two points, numbered from one

The measurement of the coordinates corresponding to the length and latitude of each of the points that make up the limit has been carried out on the cadastral information of the old system, because in the eastern area, specifically the department of Usulután, the updating of the cadastral base has not yet been carried out.

Trifini starting point. Traject one

I bring one, point number one to point number two. Southeast, in a straight line, by plots, until intercepting the central axis of the Las Lajas ravine, where the point number two is located, with an approximate distance of five hundred thirty and five point sixty and six meters. Its coordinates are equal length, five hundred forty-nine thousand seven hundred forty point ninety-four meters; equal latitude, two hundred and fifty-nine thousand nine point twenty meters. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Berlin, plot fourteen (end Las Conchas), of the Catalan leaf four hundred sixty and two zero six five hundred fifty and one; for the municipality of Tecapán, plot thirteen, of the Catalan leaf four hundred sixty and two twelve five hundred one.

Traject two

Single Tram, point number two to point number three. On the northeast, on a sinuous line, by the central axis of the Lajas ravine, upstream, until intercepting the extension of the lindero of property that divides the fourteen plots, of the cadastral leaf four hundred sixty and two zero six five hundred and one and thirteen, of the four hundred sixty-two-hundred-hundred one, place where the number three point is located, Its coordinates are equal length, five hundred forty-nine thousand eight hundred seventy-one point sixty-six meters; equal latitude, two hundred fifty-nine thousand seventy-six point zero four meters. Its closets are, for the municipality of Berlin, plot fourteen (end Las Conchas), of the Catalan leaf four hundred sixty and two zero six five hundred fifty and one; for the municipality of Tecapán, plot thirteen (end Cuyanizal), of the Catalan leaf four hundred sixty and two twelve five hundred one.

I bring one, point number three to point number four. On the northeast, on a broken line, by plots, to intercept the central axis of the neighboring street that of the canton San Lorenzo,

leads to the village of Berlin, where the point number four is located, with an approximate distance of six hundred point eighty-two meters. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Berlin, plot fourteen (end Las Conchas), of the Catalan leaf four hundred sixty and two zero six five hundred and fifty and one; for the municipality of Tecapán, plot thirteen (end Cuyanizal), of the Catalan leaf four hundred sixty and two twelve five hundred one.

I bring two, from point number four to point number five. Southeast, in a straight line, by plot lyns, to intercept the central axis of a unnamed brook, where the point number five is located, with an approximate distance of twenty-two point zero four meters. Its coordinates are length equal, five hundred fifty thousand four hundred twenty and five cubit forty meters; latitude equal, two hundred and fifty and nine thousand two hundred and eighty and one point forty and six meters. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Berlin, plot sixteen (end Las Conchas), of the Catalan leaf four hundred sixty and two zero six five hundred fifty and one; for the municipality of Tecapán, plot ten (end Cuyanizal), of the Catalan leaf four hundred sixty and two twelve five hundred one.

I bring one, point number five to point number six. On the northeast, on a sinuous line, by the central axis of the unnamed shaft, upstream, until intercepting the extension of the property lindero that divides the plots sixteen, of the leaf four hundred sixty and two zero six five hundred and one and number ten, of the cadastral leaf five hundred sixty and two twelve five hundred, one place where the point number six is located, with an approximate and nine hundred meters. Its coordinates are length equal, five hundred fifty thousand five hundred twelve cubits fifty-nine meters; latitude equal, two hundred fifty-nine thousand four hundred and fifty-four cubits eleven meters. I bring one, from point number six to point number seven. Southeast, in a straight line, by plot lyns, to intercept the central axis of a unnamed brook, place where the point number seven is located, with a distance of approximately one hundred five point sixty-eight meters. Its coordinates are the same length, five hundred fifty thousand six hundred fifteen cubits fifty meters; the same latitude, two hundred and fifty and nine thousand four hundred thirty and five cubits zero five meters. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Berlin, plot sixteen (end Las Conchas), of the Catalan leaf four hundred sixty and two zero six five hundred fifty and one; for the municipality of Tecapán, plot ten (end Cuyanizal), of the Catalan leaf four hundred sixty and two twelve five hundred one.

Traject seven

I bring one, from point number eight to point number nine. On the northeast, on a broken line, by plots, to intercept the central axis of the neighboring street that of the canton and San Lorenzo hamlet, leads to the Los Arenales village, where the number nine point is located, with an approximate distance of eight hundred forty-four point seventy-two meters. Its coordinates are the same length, five hundred fifty and one thousand one hundred and fifty cubits sixty-four meters; the same latitude, two hundred sixty-three hundred seven cubits sixty-four meters. Its neighbors are, for the municipality of Berlin, plot sixteen (end Las Conchas), of the catastral leaf four hundred sixty and two zero six five hundred fifty and one; for the municipality of Tecapán, plots nine one and twelve plicates one, both of the Catalan leaf four hundred sixty and two twelve five hundred one.

Trifini point of arrival. The point of arrival will be the one described as number nine, which at the same time is a trifinial point for the municipalities of Alegría, Tecapán and Berlin, all of the Department of Usulután. Its neighbors are for the municipality of Alegría, plot one hundred and seventy nine, of the cadastral leaf four hundred sixty and two zero six five hundred and fifty-six; for the municipality of Tecapán, plot twelve plica one, of the cadastral leaf four hundred sixty and two twelve five hundred one and for the municipality of Berlin, plot seventeen, of the cadastral leaf four hundred sixty-two-zer six hundred.

Art. 2.- This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
