DECREE No. 581 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the June 4, 2013, was signed the Comprehensive Partnership Agreement the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of Chile.
II the instrument referred to in previous paragraph to has been approved by Executive Order No. 1802/2013, of November 1, 2013, and submitted for consideration by the Legislature for inclusion in the Salvadoran legal system , effective and positive.
III that this instrument contains no provision contrary to the Constitution, being from ratification.
THEREFORE,
in use of the power provided for in Art. 131, ordinal 7 of the Constitution in conjunction with Art. 168, ordinal 4 of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Integration and Economic Development, in charge of the office. DECREES
:
Art. 1. is ratified in all parts of the Comprehensive Partnership Agreement between the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of Chile, which consists of a preamble and fourteen items, signed on 4 June 2013 and approved by the Executive Branch, by No. 1802/2013 Agreement of November 1, 2013.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
GIVEN IN THE BLUE ROOM OF THE LEGISLATIVE PALACE: San Salvador, on the twelfth day of December in the year two thousand and thirteen.
