THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- That on 4 June 2013, the Comprehensive Partnership Agreement between the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of Chile was signed.

II.- That the Instrument referred to in the previous consideration has been approved by Executive Agreement No. 1802/2013 of 1 November 2013 and submitted for consideration by this Legislative Assembly for inclusion in the Salvadoran legal system, in force and positive.

III.- That such an instrument contains no provision contrary to the Constitution, and its ratification is appropriate.

TANTO,

in use of the authority established in Art. 131, ordinal 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, ordinal 4 of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Integration and Economic Promotion, in charge of the office.

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- The Comprehensive Partnership Agreement between the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of Chile, which consists of a preamble and fourteen articles, signed on 4 June 2013 and approved by the Executive Body, through Agreement No. 1802/2013 of 1 November 2013.

Art. 2.- This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
