THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- That through Legislative Decree No. 340, dated 20 March 2013, published in Official Gazette No. 57, Volume No. 398, of 22 of the same month and year, incorporated into the General Budget of the State of 2013, the amount of CUARENTA MILLONES 00/100 DOLARES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 40,000,000.00), from the reorientation of the Taxes

II.- That through Legislative Decrees Nos. 341, 342 and 343, all dated March 20, 2013, published in Official Gazette No. 57, Volume No. 398, of 22 of the same month and year, were approved the Extraordinary Special Budgets for the Electoral Event 2014, for $33,309,710.00; for the Residential Vote, for $2,586,455.00 and for the Vote from the Exterior 2014, for $4,103,835.00, within which pre-elected residency is contemplated.

III.- That as of 31 December of the fiscal year 2013 just completed and according to the different requirements of funds made by the TSE, the Treasury Ram transferred to them the amount of $24,222,960.00, which were used to finance the pre-election expenses for $18,105,925.00, to complete the implementation of the Residential Vote at the national level for $2,586,455.00, as well as to organize the logistic and promotion of the Voto from the exterior,

IV.- That the above-mentioned resources are available from the Credit Values (Bonos) Titles, which are not programmed in the current Budget Law of 2014, voted by Legislative Decree No. 522, dated 31 October 2013, published in Official Gazette No. 225, Volume No. 401, of 2 December of the same year; therefore, it is considered necessary to carry out the

corresponding modifications in the Income and Expenses part, in order to incorporate the amount of QUINCE SETENTA SETECIENTS and SIETE MIL CUARENTA 00/100 DOLARES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 15,777,040.00).

in the use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Finance,

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- The current Budget Act, Section -A General Budget of the State, introduces the following modifications:

A. In Part II – INGRESOS, Rubber 31 Public Indebtedness, enter Account 312 Securities Placements in the External Market and the Specific Source 31201 State Bonuses, with the value of QUINCE MILLONES SETENTA AND SIETE MILITARY 00/100 US$ 1577,04.

B. In subsection III – GASTOS, in the portion corresponding to HACIENDA RAM, verbatim B. Resource allocation, numeral 4. Budget Allocation by Rubro de Agrupación, Fuente de Financiamiento y Destination Económico, auméntanse las Allocations de la Unidad Budgeto 20 Provisión para Transferre Recursos a los Presupuestos Especiales Extraordinarios para el Evento Electoral 2014, para el Voto Residencial y para el Voto desde el Exterior, Línea de Trabajo 01 Financing for the Extraordinary Special Budgets for the 2014 Electoral Event
