OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- May the City of Ciudad Delgado, Department of San Salvador, present in the country the “Fifth Time Group”, of Argentine nationality, in the period from 22 March to 6 April of this year, in the framework of the commemoration of the “XXXIV Anniversary of the Death of Monsignor Óscar Arnulfo Romero. ”

II.- That in order to facilitate the submissions of the said quintet, and in accordance with the powers conferred upon this Legislative Assembly by the Constitution of the Republic, it is appropriate to exempt from payment of all types of taxes, including the municipal ones, which may cause the presentations of the said group.

TANTO,

in the use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputy Othon Sigfrido Reyes Morales.

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- Exonerate to the municipal office of Ciudad Delgado, Department of San Salvador, the payment of all types of taxes, including the municipal ones, that can cause presentations in the country of the “Fifth Time Group”, of Argentine nationality, according to the following calendar: 22 March, Ciudad Delgado, Department of San Salvador; 24 March, Universidad de El Salvador; 28 March, Jiquilisco, Department of Usulután; 29 March

The waiver granted is without prejudice to the monitoring and control to be exercised by the respective tax agencies.

Art. 2.- This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
