THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- That the Rotary Club of Santa Tecla, is an apolitical, non-profit, or religious entity, whose objectives are aimed at stimulating and fostering the ideal of service within the community in general, as the basis of every worthy company.

II.- That in order to achieve its objectives, they will introduce to the country a vehicle that will be rifted, in order to raise funds to finance projects for the benefit of the community.

III.- That in accordance with the powers conferred upon it by this Legislative Assembly by the Constitution of the Republic, it is appropriate to exempt from the payment of taxes, including wine cellar, which may cause the introduction to the country of the said motor, as well as the riff of the same.

in the use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the deputy Mariela Peña Pinto and the deputy Eduardo Enrique Barrientos Zepeda.

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- Exonerate to the Rotary Club of Santa Tecla, of the payment of taxes, including wine cellar, except for the Tax on the Transfer of Furniture Property and the Servicing (IVA), which can cause the introduction to the country of a (1) vehicle, as well as the riff of the same, which is of the following characteristics: brand: BMW; model: 316i; class: car; number of chassis engraved: WBA3861102

The waiver granted is without prejudice to the monitoring and control to be exercised by the respective tax agencies. In addition, the representatives of the aforementioned Club shall submit to this Assembly within 30 days of the event, a report duly signed and sealed by a responsible auditor, on the income obtained and the distribution thereof.

Art. 2.- This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
