DECREE NO 687
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Sonsonate, does not conform to the present development of the technology in the registry and of territorial measurement; nor to the existing ones circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.-What with technology registration and the photogrammetric models currently available from the National Center of Records; it is possible to carry out a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III.-That a process of dialogue has developed between The municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Geographic Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act IZALCO-NAHULINGO with reference No. 0306-0309, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and annexed as a part
IV.-That according to Art. 131 ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution it is the competence of this First State Authority to Decree, Interpret Authentically, Reform And Repeal Secondary Laws.

DECRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Izalco and Nahulingo both of the Department of Sonsonate, the following:
The trace of the Municipal limit consists of nine commutes. The first journey formed of two sections, determined with three points numbered from one to three, by means of railway communication; the second journey formed of four sections, determined with five points numbered from three to seven, by way of terrestrial communication; the third journey formed of three sections, determined with four points numbered from seven to ten, by line of plots; the fourth journey formed from a single section, determined with two points numbered from ten to eleven, by by land communication; the fifth journey consisting of a single section, determined with two points numbered from 11 to 12, by line of plots; the sixth journey formed from a single section, determined with two points numbered from twelve to thirteen, by land communication; the seventh journey formed from a single tranche, determined

with two numbered points from thirteen to fourteen, per line of plots; the eighth route formed of a single section, determined with two points numbered from fourteen to fifteen, by natural hydrographic element; the ninth journey formed from two sections, determined with three points numbered from fifteen to seventeen, by way of terrestrial communication.
Start Trifinium Point. It is defined in the interception of the central axis of the railway line, with the central axis of the river Ash, where the number one point is located, at the same time trifinium for the Municipalities of Izalco, Nahulingo and Sonsonate, all belonging to the Department of Sonsonate. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and twenty-two thousand nine hundred and ninety-five-point eighty meters; the same latitude, two hundred and eighty-eight thousand seven hundred and thirty-five point twenty-three meters. Their adjoining ones are, for the Municipality of Izalco, plot seven hundred ten, of the field zero three zero six R zero nine; for the Municipality of Nahulingo, plot one hundred and twenty-five, of the field zero three zero nine R one and for the Municipality of Sonsonate, plot one thousand thirty-two, from sector zero three fifteen U zero six and plot one thousand six hundred twenty-seven, from sector zero three fifteen or zero nine.
Journey one
Tramo one, from point number one to point number two. With a southeast direction, in a straight line, by the central axis of the railway line, to intercept the central axis of the Autopista which of the City of San Salvador leads to the City of Acajutla, where the number two point is located, with a distance Approximately four hundred and eighty-four point thirty-five meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and twenty-three thousand four hundred and seventy-seven zero meters; latitude equal, two hundred and eighty-eight thousand six hundred and eighty-nine-hundred meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Izalco, plot seven hundred ten, zero sector three zero six R zero nine; for the Municipality of Nahulingo, plot one hundred and twenty-five, from the sector zero three zero nine R zero one.
Tramo two, from the point number two to point number three. With a southeast direction, in a straight line, by the central axis of the railway line, to intercept the central axis of the alley that of the referred way leads to the Lotification San Gerardo, where the point number three is located, with a distance approximately from five hundred and sixty-one point eighty-five meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and twenty-four thousand thirty-one point zero meters; the same latitude, two hundred and eighty-eight thousand five hundred and eighty-nine-point fifty-one meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Izalco, plots four and six, both of the sector zero three zero six R zero nine; for the Municipality of Nahulingo, plots three hundred and fifty-three and four hundred thirty-five, both of the sector zero three zero nine R zero one.

With a Southwest course, in a winding line, by the central axis of the alley that leads to the San Gerardo Lotification, to intercept the central axis of the street which of the City of Nahulingo leads to the canton and hamlet Three Ceibas, place where the point number four is located, with a distance of approximately three hundred and eighty-five point thirty-six meters. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred and twenty-four thousand three hundred thirty-ninety-point and one-meter; equal latitude, two hundred and eighty-eight thousand two hundred and thirty-five point fifty-six meters. Tramo one, from point number seven to point number eight. With a southwest direction, in a broken line, by line of plots, until we can intercept the surponient corner of the plot six hundred and thirty-eight, place where the number eight is located, with a distance of approximately one hundred and eighty-one Fifty-three metres. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred and twenty-four hundred and fourteenth point forty-six meters; equal latitude, two hundred and eighty-eight thousand ninety-four zero point a meter. Tramo two, from point number eight to point number nine. With course South forty-eight degrees, fifty-four minutes, thirteen point twenty-nine seconds east, in an imaginary straight line, until we get to intercept the surponient corner of the plot six hundred and forty-one, from the zero sector three zero Nine R zero one, place where the number nine is located, with a distance of three hundred four points seventy and four meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and twenty-four thousand three hundred and thirty-seven-hundred and ninety-eight meters; the same latitude, two hundred and eighty-seven thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine point thirty-three meters. Its adjoining members are, for the Municipality of Izalco, part of the plot six hundred and thirty-eight, from the zero sector three zero nine R zero one; place where a water slope is located to which we will call you "Number one"; for the Municipality of Nahulingo, part of the plot six hundred and thirty-eight, from the zero sector three zero nine R zero one, place where another water slope is located, to which we will call "Number two" in addition the boxes of water extraction, which is carried out for the population of the Municipality of Nahulingo. The clarification is made that because there is no linker with perceptible physical characteristics in the field, it was established to define the trace of the limit in this section, with three intermediate mojones made of cement, which have a distance between them of seventy-five meters.
