OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.- In accordance with Article 131, ordinal 11 of the Constitution, it is the authority of this Legislative Assembly to decree, in general, the benefits and incentives of tax or of any kind, for the promotion of cultural, scientific, agricultural, industrial or other activities.

II.- It has historically been recognized in the different industrial and business spaces of the productive life of El Salvador, and in society in general, on June 17 of each year as the “Day of the Panificador and Panificadora”, a date with which this sector has been identified, and which responds to its tradition.

III.- That Legislative Decree No. 55, dated 24 June 2009, published in the Official Gazette No. 130, Volume No. 384, dated 14 July of the same year, recognizes the work carried out in our country by the baker sector, declaring on 29 June of each year, as “National Day of the Panificador”; it is necessary, in addition to incorporating in that declaration, the panificadora women, who daily carry out the same activities, ”

in the use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Irma Lourdes Palacios Vásquez and the deputy José Santos Melara Yanes.

RIGHT:

Art. 1.- Refresh the Art. 1 Legislative Decree No. 55, dated 24 June 2009, published in Official Gazette No. 130, Volume No. 384, dated 14 July 2009, as follows:

“Art. 1. Deploy on June 17 of each year, “NATIONAL DAY OF PANIFICER AND PANIFICER. ”

Art. 2.- This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
