DECREE NO 697
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Ahuachapan, does not conform to the present development of the technology in registration and territorial measurement; nor to the existing ones circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.-What with technology registration and the photogrammetric models currently available from the National Center of Records; it is possible to carry out a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III.-That a process of dialogue has developed between The municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Geographic Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Act of Municipal Limit GUAYMANGO-SAN PEDRO PUXTLA with Reference No 0106-0110, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and annexed to it as an integral part of it.
IV.-That according to Art. 131 ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution it is the competence of this State Authority to Decree, Interpret Authentically, Reform And Repeal Secondary Laws.
THEREFORE,
in Carlos Cortez Hernandez, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Nery Arely Diaz de Rivera, Guadalupe Antonio Vasquez Martinez, Carlos Armando Reyes Ramos, Manuel Vicente Menjívar, and the former Ana Daysi Villalobos Membeno.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Guaymango and San Pedro Puxtla both of the Department of Ahuachapan, the following:
The trace of the Municipal Limit is made up of two routes. The first journey formed of three sections, determined by four points, numbered one to four, per natural hydrographic element; the second journey formed from a single section, determined with two points numbered from four to five, by way of Terrestrial communication.
Starting Trifinium Point. It is defined in the interception of the extension of the property line that divides the plots one hundred and thirty one and the number two, both from the zero sector one zero six R zero one, with the central axis of the River Tepetayo, where the point is located number one, at the same time point trifinium for the Municipalities of Concepción of Ataco, San Pedro Puxtla and Guaymango, all of the Department of Ahuachapan. Their coordinates are Equal Length, four hundred and eleven thousand five hundred twenty-four points

seventy-nine meters; Latitude equal, two hundred and ninety-eight thousand six hundred and sixty-five Ninety-three metres. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Concepción of Ataco, plot one hundred and thirty-one, of the sector zero one zero six R zero one; for the Municipality of San Pedro Puxtla, plot one hundred and forty one, of the field zero one ten R zero one and for the Municipality of Guaymango, plot two (Finca Miramar), from the zero sector one zero six R zero one.
Journey one
Tramo one, from point number one to the number two point. With a southwest course, in a winding line, along the central axis of the River Tepetayo, downstream, to its mouth on the Sunzacuapa River, where the number two point is located, with a distance of approximately seven thousand six hundred and sixty-nine points Sixty metres. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and eleven thousand two hundred and ninety-five meters; the same latitude, two hundred and ninety-two thousand hundred and thirty-eight point fifty-two meters. Tramo two, from point number two to the point number three. With a southeastern course, in a winding line, along the central axis of the Sunzacuapa River, downstream, to intercept the central axis of the neighborhood street that leads from the Villa de San Pedro Puxtla, towards the Villa de Guaymango, where the point number is located three, with a distance of approximately nine hundred and fifty-seven meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred eleven thousand four hundred seventeen point seventy and seven meters; latitude equal, two hundred and ninety-one thousand four hundred and sixteen point forty-three meters. Its adjoining members are, for the Municipality of San Pedro Puxtla, plots seventy-eight, seventy-nine, seventy-five, seventy-two, fifty-one, five hundred and sixty-two and one hundred and thirty, all of the sector zero one ten R zero three; for the Municipality of Guaymango, plots one hundred and fifty-four, one hundred and thirty-two, one hundred and thirty-eight, one hundred and twenty-six, eight hundred and fifty-four, one hundred and sixty-two, all of the sector zero one zero six R zero four.

Single Tramo, from point number four to point number five. With a southeastern course, in a winding line, along the central axis of the old street, which from the Villa de Guaymango leads to the town of Santo Domingo de Guzmán, to intercept the extension of the line of property that divides the plots one, of the sector Zero one ten R zero four and the number six, from sector zero three fourteen R zero two, place where the number five is located, with an approximate distance of one thousand five hundred and sixteen point forty-eight meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and eleven thousand seven hundred and fifty-one point seventy-five meters; the same latitude, two hundred and eighty-eight thousand five hundred and seventy-five-point seventy-nine meters. Trifinium point of arrival. The point of arrival will be the one described as point number five, which at the same time is trifinium for the Municipalities of Santo Domingo de Guzman, of the Department of Sonsonate and Guaymango and San Pedro Puxtla, both of the Department of Ahuachapan. Its adjoining are, for the Municipality of Santo Domingo de Guzman, plot six, of the sector zero three fourteen R zero two; for the Municipality of Guaymango, four hundred and four parcel, zero-zero sector one zero six R seven and for the Municipality of San Pedro Puxtla, plot one, from the ground zero one ten R zero four.
Art. 2.-This Decree will enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
