DECREE NO 709
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Ahuachapan, does not conform to the present development of the technology in registration and territorial measurement; nor to the existing ones circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.-What with technology registration and the photogrammetric models currently available from the National Center of Records; it is possible to carry out a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III.-That a process of dialogue has developed between The municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Geographic Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act CONCEPTION OF ATTACKED-TACUBA with Reference No 0104-0111, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and annexed to it as an integral part of it.
IV.-That according to Art. 131 ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution it is the competence of this State Authority to decree, to interpret authentically, to reform and to repeal secondary laws.
THEREFORE,
Carlos Cortez Hernandez, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Nery Arely Diaz de Rivera, Guadalupe Antonio Vasquez Martinez, Carlos Armando Reyes Ramos, Manuel Vicente Menjívar, and the former Ana Daysi Villalobos Membeno.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Conception of Ataco and Tacuba, both of the Department of Ahuachapan, the following:
The trace of the Municipal limit is made up of eight commutes. The first journey, consisting of two sections, determined with three points numbered from one to three, per natural hydrographic element; the second route, consisting of a section, determined with two points, numbered three to four, by line of plots; the third journey, consisting of a section, determined with two points, numbered from four to five, per line of plots; the fourth journey, consisting of one section, determined by two points, numbered five to six, by way of land communication; the fifth journey, consisting of a section, determined by two points, numbered six Seven, per line of plots; the sixth journey, formed of a section, determined by two points, numbered seven to eight, by land communication; the seventh journey, consisting of a section, determined by two points, numbered of eight to nine, per line of plots; the eighth route formed from a given stretch by two

points, numbered nine to ten, per natural hydrographic element.
The point Start trifinium. It is located in the interception of the extension of the property line dividing the plots two hundred and eighty-four and the three hundred and twenty-two, both of the sector zero one zero one R twenty-six, with the central axis of the river El Guamo or Nejapa, this being the number one point, at the same time trifinium for the Municipalities of Concepción de Ataco, Tacuba and Ahuachapan, all belonging to the Department of Ahuachapan. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and four thousand five hundred and seventy four hundred and eight meters; latitude equal, three hundred and eight thousand eight hundred and eleven hundred and eighty meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Concepción of Ataco, plot three hundred and twenty-two, of the sector zero one zero one R twenty-six; for the Municipality of Tacuba, parcel one, of the sector zero one eleven R twenty and for the Municipality of Ahuachapan, plot two hundred and eighty-four, zero-sector one zero one R twenty-six.
Journey one
Tramo one, from point number one to point number two. With a Southwest course, in a winding line, along the central axis of the river El Guamo or Nejapa, upstream, to intercept the central axis of the road that leads to the city of Tacuba, specifically on the site called the Vault. The Guamo, where the number two point is located, with a distance of approximately nine hundred and sixty-six point fourteen meters. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred and four thousand three hundred and thirty-four point twenty-two meters; equal latitude, three hundred and eight thousand two hundred and forty-one point forty-five meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Concepción de Ataco, plot three hundred and twenty-two (Beneficio Nejapa), from the ground zero one zero one R twenty-six; for the Municipality of Tacuba, plot one (Cooperative El Progreso), of the sector zero one eleven R twenty.
Tramo two, from point number two to point number three. With a southwest direction, in a winding line, by the central axis of the river El Guamo or Nejapa, upstream, until the extension of the west bank of ownership of the plot eighty-three, of the zero sector one zero four R zero four, place where the Point number three, with an approximate distance of five thousand three hundred and sixty-one point seventeen meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred three thousand nine hundred and eight hundred and sixty-eight meters; equal latitude, three hundred and four thousand seven hundred and fifteen fifty meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Conception of Ataco, plots one hundred and thirty-three and one hundred and thirty-two, both of the zero-sector one zero four R zero one, plots ninety-seven, ninety-six, ninety-three, eighty-six, ninety-six and Eight, one hundred and twenty-six, one hundred and twenty-five and one hundred and twenty-seven, all from the zero sector one zero four R zero three, plots one hundred and forty-four, seventy-four, one hundred and fifty-three, fifteen, and eighty-three, all from the zero-zero sector four R zero four; for the Municipality of Tacuba, plot two (Cooperative El Progreso), of the zero sector one Eleven R twenty, plots one, two, three, four, five, one hundred and forty-six, one hundred and forty-seven, one hundred and forty-eight, seven, eight, nine, ten, twelve, fourteen, sixteen, seventeen, and thirty-three, all of the sector zero one eleven R twenty-two, plots sixteen and seventeen, both of the zero sector one eleven R twenty-five.
Journey two
Single Tramo, from point number three to point number four. On a Southwest course, in broken line, by plot lines (including the central axis of the broken El Guamo, which also serves as a linderline), to intercept the Fifty-four part of the north-west corner of the plot, zero one zero four R zero four, where the number four point is located, with a distance

Single Tramo, from point number four to point number five. With a Northwest direction, broken in line, by plot lines, to intercept the central axis of the street that communicates the cities of Ataco and Tacuba, where the number five point is located, with an approximate distance of Three hundred and twenty-five-forty-seven meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and three thousand five hundred and sixty-three hundred and ninety-eight meters; equal latitude, three hundred and three thousand four hundred and eighty-two thirty meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Concepción de Ataco, plots fifty-four and sixty-eight, both of the zero-sector zero-one-zero four R-zero four, plot eight, of the zero-sector one zero four R zero seven; for the Municipality of Tacuba, plot sixty-nine, zero-sector one zero four R zero four and plot two, sector zero one eleven R twenty-five.

With a southwest direction, in a winding line, by the central axis of the street that communicates the cities of Ataco and Tacuba, to intercept the corner of the southeast of the plot five, of the sector zero one eleven R twenty-five, place where the point number is located six, with an approximate distance of four hundred and fifty-four point zero a meter. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred three thousand two hundred and twenty-ten meters; latitude equal, three hundred three thousand three hundred and forty-seven point twenty-six meters. On a Southwest, broken line, for plot lines to intercept the central axis of the El Naranjo river, where the number point is located nine, with an approximate distance of nine hundred and forty-seven point forty-five meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred two thousand thirty-four fifty meters; latitude equal, three hundred two thousand three hundred and twenty-three point twenty-eight meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Concepción of Ataco, plots eight, of the field zero one eleven R twenty-seven and the number fifteen, of the field zero one zero four R ten; for the Municipality of Tacuba, plot seven, of the field zero one eleven R Twenty-seven.
Route eight
Single Tramo, from point number nine to point number ten. With course Southwest, in sinuous line, by the central axis of the river El Naranjo, downstream, to the fork of the river Los Almendros, where the number ten is located, with an approximate distance of three thousand two hundred and twenty point sixty and one meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred thousand four hundred and sixty-five points forty-five meters; latitude equal, two hundred and ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and seventy-three zero meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Concepción of Ataco, plots fifteen, eighteen and seventeen, all of the sector zero one zero four R ten; for the Municipality of Tacuba, plots nine, three and one, all of the sector zero one eleven R twenty-seven, plot two of the sector zero one eleven R thirty.
Trifinium point of arrival. The point of arrival will be the one described as number ten, which at the same time is trifinium point for the Municipalities of Conception of Ataco, Jujutla and Tacuba, all belonging to the Department of Ahuachapan. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Conception of Ataco, parcel fifteen, of the sector zero one, zero four R ten; for the Municipality of Jujutla, plot three, of the zero sector one zero seven R zero two and for the Municipality of Tacuba, plot two, sector zero one eleven R thirty.

Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
