DECREE NO 713

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That the Treaty of Extradition between the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of Peru was signed on July 7, 2005.

II.-That the said Instrument has been approved by Executive Agreement N ° 742/2011 of the May 16, 2011 and submitted to the Legislative Assembly for ratification.

III.-That the said Instrument does not contain any provisions contrary to the Constitution, being ratified.

BY TANTO,

in use of the Constitutional powers and at the initiative of the then President of the Republic, period 2009-2014, through the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-The Treaty of Extradition between the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of Peru, which consists of a preamble and eighteen articles, signed on 7 July 2005 and approved by Executive Agreement N ° 742/2011, is ratified in all its parts. of 16 May 2011.

Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
