DECREE NO 730

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That in the framework of the Financial Cooperation Convention No DI-109/2012, signed between the representative of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (BCIE) and the Minister of Finance of El Salvador, to the National Civil Police were granted resources in the amount of $1,000,000.00 to finance Various activities related to the implementation of the Investment Project Code 5938 "Strengthening the Capacities of the Administration and Finance Subdirectorate of the National Civil Police of El Salvador", which includes The basic conditioning of 12 new Dental Clinics, which are located in as many delegations at the national level.

II.-That the National Civil Police requires 12 Medical Specialists (Odontologists) and 12 Auxiliary Doctors who will be featured in each of the dental clinics; for what is necessary Incorporate the Law of Salaries 2014, 24 new places, which will be financed from the savings generated in the Rubro 51 Remuneration, product of administrative places that to date are vacant and that are currently In the budget Unit 05 Public Security, Work Lines 01 Directorate and Administration and 02 Police Effectiveness.

III.-The National Civil Police requires the provision of these places to hire medical personnel who provide basic medical services to police personnel and their family environment, contributing to the good health of such staff, with the need to reform the existing Wage Law of 2014, voted by Legislative Decree No. 523 dated 31 October 2013, published in Official Journal No. 225, Volume 2 of 2 December of the same year, specifically in the part corresponding to the Ramo of Justice and Public Security, National Civil Police, in order to incorporate the 12 places of Medical Specialist and 12 of the Medical Auxiliary.

Art. 1.-In the current Wage Law, Section I-SALARIES WITH APPLICATION TO THE GENERAL BUDGET OF THE STATE, in the part corresponding to the Ramo of Justice and Public Security, the modifications are introduced that are detailed below, as follows:

Art. 3.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
