DECREE NO 769

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

Article 131, Ordinary 19 ° of the Constitution.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-Elijese in the position of Second Magistrate of the Court of Auditors of the Republic, to Advocate MARCO ANTONIO GRANDE RIVERA.

Art. 2. The choice of the Second Magistrate is for the period beginning from this date and concludes on July 30, 2017.

The official referred to this Assembly, the protest that establishes Article 235 of the Constitution, in order to be able to take office.
