DECREE NO 786

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That on 21 August 2014, the Legislative Assembly met the motion of the Deputy President Sigfrido Reyes, on behalf of the Director General of Protocol and Orders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the sense granted permission to Mr. Héctor Roberto González Urrutia, former Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador, in the Republic of Korea, so that it can accept the decoration of the "Order of Merit of the Diplomatic Service, Gwanghwa Medal", which has been conferred upon it by the Government of the Republic of Korea.

II. Article 131 of the Constitution, it is appropriate to grant the requested permission.

FOR TANTO,

in use of its Constitutional faculty established in Art. 131, Ordinary 23rd and at the initiative of the Deputy Sigfrido Reyes.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-Grant to the Salvadoran citizen Mr. Héctor Roberto González Urrutia, former Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador, in the Republic of Korea, to be able to accept the decoration of the " Order of Merit of the Diplomatic Service, Medal Gwanghwa ", which has been conferred upon him by the Government of the Republic of Korea.

Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
