DECREE NO 785

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That on 21 August 2014, the Legislative Assembly met the motion of the Deputy President Sigfrido Reyes, on behalf of the Director General of Protocol and Orders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the sense granted Minister of Foreign Affairs, Engineer Hugo Roger Martinez Bonilla, so that he can accept the "Bernardo O ' Higgins" decoration, in the Grado de Gran Cruz, which has been conferred on him by the Government of the Republic of Chile.

II.-That in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinary 23rd of Art. 131 of the Constitution, it is appropriate grant you the requested permission.

BY TANTO,

in use of its Constitutional faculty established in Art. 131, Ordinary 23rd and at the initiative of the Deputy Sigfrido Reyes.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-Grant permission to the Salvadoran citizen and Foreign Minister, Engineer Hugo Roger Martínez Bonilla, so that he can accept the "Bernardo O ' Higgins" decoration, in the Grado de Gran Cruz, which has been conferred by the Government of the Republic of Chile.

Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
