DECREE No. 837 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the May 14, 1966 was signed the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas.
II the instrument referred Considering the above has been approved by Executive Decision No. 1748/2014 of October 8, 2014, and submitted for consideration by the Legislature for ratification.
III.- That the Convention referred to above it does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution, being from ratification.
THEREFORE,
in use of the power provided for in Art. 131, ordinal 7 of the Constitution in conjunction with Art. 168, ordinal 4 of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic through Minister of Foreign Affairs. DECREES
:
Art. 1. is ratified in all its parts the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas, which consists of a preamble and 16 articles, signed on May 14, 1966, and approved by the Executive Branch in the Field of Foreign Affairs, by Agreement No. 1748/2014 of 8 October 2014.
Art. 2. - This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
