DECREE NO 997

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 866, dated November 20, 2014,

published in Official Journal No. 229, Volume No. 405, dated December 8, the same year, the Budget Law for the Exercise was issued Fiscal 2015.

II.-That in the process of analysis of the aforementioned budget it was agreed to grant the amount of HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS (US$ 125,000), for the Association of Preventive and Integral Health for Social Development, Education,

Health and Environment.

III.-That the name of the association was wrongly misstated,

being the correct "Integral Partnership for Social Development in Education, Health and the Environment", so it is necessary to reform the Law referred to in the First Recital of this Decree.

in use of its Constitutional powers and on the initiative of the Deputy Lorena Guadalupe Peña

Mendoza.

DECRETA:

Art. 1.-Reform the Budget Law, in the Budget Unit 06, "Support to Adscribe Institutions and Other Entities", in the Budget Line 34 "Miscellaneous Subsidies", the draft Code 3200,

in the part corresponding to the Health Ramo, Replacing the name of the association "Association of Preventive and Integral Health for Social Development, Education, Health and the Environment" by the name "Integral Partnership for Social Development in Education, Health and the Environment", with the

same purpose and amount assigned.

Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
