DECREE N ° 860

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That on October 16, 2014, the Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of China (Taiwan) was signed.

II.-That the Instrument referred to in the previous recital has been approved by Executive Agreement No. 1863/2014 of 23 October 2014 and submitted to the Legislative Assembly for its ratification.

III. That the Agreement referred to above does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution, its ratification being appropriate.

THEREFORE,

in use of the power established in Art. 131, Ordinary 7th of the Constitution in relation to the Art. 168, Ordinary 4th of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Foreign Relations.

DECRETA:

Art. 1.-The Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of China (Taiwan), which consists of a preamble and ten articles, signed on 16 October 2014; approved by the Executive Body, shall be in the Ramo de Relaciones Exteriores, by Agreement N ° 1863/2014 of 23 October 2014.

Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
