DECREE NO 917
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities comprising the Department of San Salvador does not conform to the present development of the technology in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor does it conform to the
II.-What with technology in place.
II. registration and the photogrammetric models currently available from the National Center of Records; it is possible to carry out a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III.-That a process of dialogue has developed between The municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Geographic Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act SAN MARTIN-TONACATEPEQUE with Reference No 0613-0618, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and annexed to it as an integral part of it.
IV.-That the Municipal Code in its Art. 23 establishes that it is the faculty of the Legislative Assembly to decree the definition of the Territorial Limits.
V.-That according to Art. 131 Ordinary 5 ° of the Constitution is the competence of this First State Authority to Decree, Interpret Authentically, Reform And Repeal Secondary Laws.

in use of its Constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputies Cesar Humberto Garcia Aguilera, Mario Antonio Ponce Lopez, Jesus Grande, and former Deputies Noel Abilio Bonilla Bonilla, Isidro Antonio Caballero Caballero, Jose Ernesto Castellanos Campos, Roberto Eduardo Castillo Batlle, Nicolas Garcia Alfaro, Vilma Celina Garcia de Monterrosa, Gaspar Armando Portillo Benitez, Marco Tulio Mejia Palma and Miguel Angel Navarrete Navarrete.
DECRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of San Martín and Tonacatepeque both of the Department of San Salvador, the following:
The line of the Limit is formed by six commutes. The first journey formed by two sections, determined with three points, numbered one to three, per natural hydrographic element; the second journey formed by two sections, determined with three points, numbered from three to five, by line of plots; the third path formed by a section, determined with two points, numbered five to six; per natural hydrographic element; the fourth journey consisting of one section, determined with two

points, numbered from six to seven, per line of plots; the fifth route formed by nine stretches, determined with ten points, numbered from seven to sixteen, by land communication; the sixth and last journey formed by a single section, determined with two points, numbered from sixteen to seventeen, by line of plots.
Start Trifinium Point. It is located at the mouth of the Quebrada Monte Brujo on the River El Sillero, which is identified as number one, and at the same time trifinium for the Municipalities of San Martín, Tonacatepeque, both of the Department of San Salvador and San José Guayabal, from the Department of Cuscatlán. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and eighty-nine thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven-point eighty-six meters; equal latitude, two hundred and ninety-seven thousand seven hundred and thirty-three-point forty-two meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of San Martín, plot one hundred thirty one (southern part); for the Municipality of Tonacatepeque, plot seven hundred and forty-six and for the Municipality of San José Guayabal, plot one hundred thirty one (northern part), all of the cadastral sheet zero seven three hundred and seventy two zero four five hundred and fifty six.
