DECREE NO 937

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That dated January 16, 2014, the Legislative Assembly adopted Opinion No. 34, "PARTIAL RECOMMENDATION", to the Minister of Justice and Public Security, the Attorney General for the Defense of Human Rights and the Attorney General's Office. General of the Republic, so that through their respective dependencies a "COMMISSION" REVISORA ", coordinated by the then Inspectorate General of the National Civil Police, in order to carry out a thorough evaluation of each of the cases that were referred to him, with the fundamental object of Ensuring a Due Process and the Suitability of Charge.

II.-That by Legislative Decree No. 813 dated 02 October 2014, published in Official Journal No 202, Volume N ° 405, of the 30th of the same month and year, the " Transitional Provisions for the Reinstatement of the former members of the National Civil Police, which between 2000 and 2003 Removed under Legislative Decrees No 24 dated 08 June 2000, published in Official Journal No 107, Volume N ° 347, of 09 of that same month and year; Legislative Decree No 101 of 23 August 2000, published in the Official Journal No 161, Volume N ° 348, 30 of the same month and year and Legislative Decree No 242 of 21 December 2000, published in Official Journal No 3, Volume N ° 350 of 05 January 2001 ', and which were successfully assessed as suitable by the "Review Commission", for its respective re-entry to the Police Corporation.

III.-That according to the established In Article 6 of the Transitional Provisions referred to in the previous recital, it is established that these Transitional Provisions shall enter into force on the day of their publication in the Official Journal and their effects shall lapse Ninety days after its entry into force.

IV.-That the referred Transitional Provisions, entered into force on October 30, 2014, and its effects will expire on January 28, 2015; reason why it becomes necessary to extend the effects of these transitional provisions, in order for the related review commission to conclude with the process of review and debugging that has been entrusted to him.

DECCRETA:

Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
